Our Process

While we are firmly committed to providing our clients with cost-efficient, timely service on each and every assignment, we do not take shortcuts along the way. Whether the requirement is a contract, contract-to-hire or permanent position, based on our clients requirements, we:

  1. Meet with our client to understand the corporate structure, philosophy, strategies and policies.

  2. Together with the client, develop clear and concise position descriptions.

  3. Conduct extensive research to develop a slate of well-qualified candidates.

  4. Perform extensive interviews to thoroughly screen candidates.

  5. Prepare formal written candidate profiles, facilitate interviews and conduct reference checks.

  6. Conduct background checks as required.

  7. Assist in structuring compensation packages for full-time positions.

  8. Act as client liaison during offer/acceptance stage for full-time positions.
